Dzire is very high power 4 th gear 170 kmh 5th gear suggest 180+
Do not push low gear high rpm

5th gear is overdrive..Otherwise it will easily touch 180 without fuss.The tall gearing helps it to get to the 160 mark in 4th itself...

Bro, if Indian roads become better, Dzire is the best car for that kind of roads. I have sat in one, and i was in the backseat with my friend, the person was driving the car (driver of my friend) at speeds of 170-75 in 5th gear, on a smooth highway, and it was empty! We couldn't even feel a thing, the driver even said, the car is very smooth even in high speeds and high rpms!

Thanks Dear, Sure I will subscribe 😃 I m based in Delhi n traffic here is bad too but roads r wide n I don't drive in city much, v r planning for AMT or CVT and later after warranty period planning to fit CNG kit on it and we'll take test drives first n then only decide, me n my sister travel a lot on highways and I have to drive single handedly, that's why automatic will be better option, I drive fast but sanely, Thanks for replying, Just wish me Luck too, for our new Car Soon :) Take Care
Cool S If you prefer CVT go with Honda’s or else AMT will be fine. In diesel you have AMEO or Vento with DGS automatic which is very fun to drive and fuel efficient but expensive when it comes for service. Wish you Good Luck👍

Cool S Hi this car is good in terms of engine performance. If you are fast driving person go with manual or else try AMT. In Chennai city bumper to bumper traffic max I am getting is 12.5 kmpl and in highways we can get 22 kmpl if you cruise around 80 kmph. Bad about car is build quality i mean the metals they used. One example I parked under a tree and a monkey jumped on car and that made a dent. I heard diesel version is giving 27 kmpl in highways easily. Overall - Good car but AMT is very useful and irritating few times Thank you please subscribe to my channel
